Who We Are
The Classic publishes undergraduate writing and research from across the disciplines at UGA. Our dedicated editorial team publishes two to four issues per year. The Classic Journal is a public writing initiative associated with The Franklin College Writing Intensive Program.
What We Do
The Classic aims to create a community
of writers committed to the research and writing process throughout the arts, humanities, and sciences. Founded in Fall 2015, The Classic enables students to experience the academic review and publishing process, so they can share the work they are most proud of with a wider, public audience online, guided by feedback along the way.
